Terms of use
Zelioo is a map of places documented by short videos. These terms say what the service is, what you keep, what we may remove, and under which law — in plain terms. Using Zelioo means accepting them.
What Zelioo is
A free public map of places — beaches, waterfalls, viewpoints, restaurants, cultural sites — each shown through short videos filmed on location by people who went there, or through public videos found on other platforms. Zelioo shows no advertising and sells nothing.
Your account
One person, one account. You are responsible for what is done with it and for keeping your password to yourself. No social account is required. You can delete your account at any moment from your settings; what you exported remains yours.
Your videos
A video you film or share stays yours. By sending it to Zelioo you confirm that you made it, that you had the right to film what it shows, and you allow Zelioo to show it on the page of the place, in your language feed, for as long as it is published. Publishing it on a Zelioo account of another platform happens only with your recorded consent, shown to you beforehand, and you can withdraw a video at any moment.
What is not allowed
Nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, harassment, and advertising. A video must show the place it is attached to — not an event, a person or a product for which the place is only a backdrop. An automated check looks at every video before it appears; a video it holds back waits for a human. Anyone can report a video; we remove what breaks these rules, and we may close an account that keeps breaking them.
Videos from other platforms
Some places show public videos found on Instagram or YouTube. They belong to their authors and are played through the platform's official player, under that platform's terms, with attribution and a link to the original. Zelioo keeps only a reference — the identifier, the link and the official thumbnail — never the file. An author who does not want a video shown on Zelioo can write to admin@zelioo.com and it is removed.
Availability and liability
Zelioo is provided as it is, in preview. It may change, pause or stop; a place, a video or a feature may disappear. We are not liable for what a video shows, for the accuracy of a place, or for what you decide to do after watching. Filming happens under your own responsibility, in respect of the law and of the people around you.
Applicable law
Zelioo is operated from La Réunion, France, and these terms are governed by French law. Questions and requests go to admin@zelioo.com.
When this changes
These terms change whenever the service changes. They describe the product as it is, not as we intend it; the date of the last change is the date of the last change to this page.
